Role Summary
The (USA) Staff, Product Manager leads the strategy and execution of complex products, driving end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization. This role requires deep customer and technical expertise, strong stakeholder leadership, and the ability to define and execute a multi-quarter product vision and roadmap. The position influences cross-functional teams, leverages data-driven decision-making, and incorporates emerging technologies to optimize product performance. Acting as a subject matter expert, the Staff Product Manager mentors peers, ensures alignment with broader business objectives, and advances product innovation and operational excellence within a collaborative environment.
About the Team
The team develops an Enterprise Device Management platform that integrates multiple device types to enhance device management, monitoring, and automation capabilities. Leveraging AI, the platform delivers predictive support and efficient issue resolution. Team members collaborate across functions to design scalable solutions, implement continuous integration and testing practices, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software. The team values technical excellence, innovation, and effective communication to achieve business goals. What You'll Do
- Own the product roadmap, balancing strategic initiatives, customer needs, technical investments, and operational priorities.
- Partner with engineering, cross-functional teams, and business stakeholders to define product strategy and deliver scalable platform capabilities.
- Drive product execution from concept through launch by translating business objectives into well-defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead backlog management, sprint planning, prioritization, and roadmap execution.
- Evaluate incoming requests, assess business impact, and prioritize enhancements.
- Align roadmaps and dependencies across partner teams.
- Resolve cross-functional priorities, communicate product progress, and drive the delivery of high-quality, scalable platform capabilities.
What You'll Bring
- A software engineering or other technical background is preferred.
- Proven experience leading product strategy and managing roadmaps for complex products or portfolios of related products.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
- Extensive Agile experience, including backlog management, sprint planning, prioritization, and user story creation.
- Experience with endpoint management, IoT, enterprise infrastructure, or device management platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, distributed systems, and microservices architectures.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor peers and align stakeholders around product vision, strategy, and priorities.

Sunnyvale, California US-11789: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
