ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our Data Operations team, where every day brings variety and the opportunity to make a direct impact on our customers' banking experience. This role is at the heart of customer support, answering incoming calls, researching and resolving transaction issues, assisting with Online Banking, and managing internal and external customer inquiries. You'll also support daily file processing, review mobile, ATM, and branch deposits, monitor potential fraud, help oversee debit card processing, and collaborate with colleagues to keep communication and service running smoothly.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Support: Answer incoming calls, research and resolve transaction issues, assist with Online Banking, and manage all incoming inquiries-all while identifying opportunities to connect customers with the right products and services.
- File Processing: Process incoming and outgoing Fed Files throughout the day. Review and approve mobile, ATM, and branch deposits, monitor for fraud, and perform account maintenance as needed.
- Debit Card Processing: Oversee and process the production of debit cards, card machine maintenance, and supplies.
- Collaborate & Support the Team: Provide training and assistance to colleagues, share important information with supervisors, and ensure smooth communication across departments.

WHAT YOU NEED
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: No prior banking experience required. Previous use of personal computers and office equipment is expected.
- Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including professional telephone etiquette
- Solid math skills and an understanding of how debits and credits work
- Ability to stay composed under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently
- Proficiency with email, MS Word, Excel, and mobile apps
- A customer-first mindset with a tactful and team-oriented approach
