We're looking for a confident, engaging, and motivated Wellness Membership Advisor who can turn conversations into connections, connections into relationships, and relationships into loyal, long-term clients.
✨ What You'll Do
As a Wellness Membership Advisor, you'll play an important role in both the client experience and the growth of our studio.
You'll:
- Welcome clients and create a warm, professional first impression
- Guide new clients through our proven sales process
- Educate clients on the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program
- Confidently ask for the sale and work toward individual and studio goals
- Build genuine relationships that turn first-time guests into loyal clients
- Recommend services and retail products based on client needs
- Manage appointment scheduling, client communication, and daily front desk responsibilities
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to encourage future visits
- Turn client feedback—even challenging situations—into positive, memorable experiences
- Work closely with our Massage Therapists and leadership team to create a seamless client experience

Responsibilities
Responsibilities & Duties
As a Wellness Membership Advisor, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional client experience while contributing to the growth and success of the studio.
- Create an exceptional, welcoming experience for every client, every visit
- Educate clients on the benefits and value of the Elements Wellness Program, our simple and hassle-free membership
- Confidently follow our proven sales process to convert first-time guests into loyal Wellness Program members
- Serve as both the first and last impression of the studio by delivering warm, professional hospitality in person and over the phone
- Build genuine relationships with new and existing clients to encourage retention, referrals, and future visits
- Manage appointment scheduling, client communication, paperwork, and payment processing accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to support membership and studio growth
- Confidently address client questions or concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach
- Collaborate closely with Managers and Service Providers to maintain a positive, supportive, and team-driven environment
- Contribute to individual and studio sales goals while keeping the client experience at the heart of every interaction
Qualifications
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is people-focused, sales-driven, dependable, and excited to grow in a wellness-focused environment.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or another client-facing role preferred
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a performance-driven environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build trust and genuine rapport
- Comfortable discussing services, pricing, memberships, and promotions—and confidently asking for the sale
- Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving individual and team results
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and positive with a solutions-focused mindset
- Coachable and receptive to feedback, training, and continued development
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospective and existing clients
- Basic computer skills and confidence learning scheduling, booking, and POS systems
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Managers, Massage Therapists, Estheticians, and fellow team members
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- A genuine passion for wellness, customer service, and helping others feel their best
Sales experience is a plus, but we're equally interested in candidates with the right personality, drive, and willingness to learn.
