Description
We are the movers of the world and the makers of the future. We get up every day, roll up our sleeves and build a better world - together. At Ford, we're all a part of something bigger than ourselves. Are you ready to change the way the world moves?
In this position...
You'll join Ford's Integrated Services organization — launched in 2023 to create and market next-generation customer experiences by integrating hardware, software, and services across Ford Blue, Ford Pro, and Lincoln. Our Digital Product Team turns customer insight, research, and market understanding into software that differentiates Ford and Lincoln vehicles and builds the OTA-driven, ever-improving experiences customers love. As part of this team, you'll help define how connected, digital platforms transform the way vehicles function, the way people interact with them, and the value they deliver — putting you at the forefront of reinventing mobility.
We're looking for passionate product professionals who will help us redefine the future of mobility. As a Digital Product Manager, you'll work cross-functionally to ensure the products we build meet and elevate the customer experience.
This position is hybrid with a requirement to be onsite four or more days per week.
What you'll do...
- Define new digital products that enhance the customer experience by listening to customer data and feedback
- Develop product artifacts (PRDs, PRFAQs, strategy documents) in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Manage the product lifecycle and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with design and engineering
- Balance business viability, user desirability, and technical feasibility while delivering software products
- Partner hands-on with the development team to prioritize, plan, and deliver software that creates excellent user experiences
- Conduct product experiments, user interviews, and other validation techniques to gather customer and product insights
- Analyze customer and market data to inform and improve product decisions
- Improve and enhance vehicle controls and electrification experiences within the Ford and Lincoln mobile applications
You'll have...
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience as a product manager for digital products
- Experience with consumer-facing remote vehicle controls
- Demonstrated success leading collaborative efforts among engineering, design, and business teams to achieve shared objectives
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage stakeholders across the organization
- Solid analytical skills
- Familiarity with Agile software methodologies (Scrum, Extreme Programming, Kanban)
- Demonstrated effectiveness operating in complex organizations
Even better you'll have...
- A deep passion for customers and their needs, with a track record of building and shipping products that meet those needs
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate product workflows, with examples of measurable impact on speed or process
- Curiosity about new technologies and a strong desire for continued learning
- Proficiency with Figma's prototyping features and backlog management in Jira
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!
As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice. You can choose what your Ford future will look like: will your story span the globe, or keep you close to home? Will your career be a deep dive into what you love, or a series of new teams and new skills? Will you be a leader, a changemaker, a technical expert, a culture builder…or all of the above? No matter what you choose, we offer a work life that works for you, including:
- Immediate medical, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage
- Flexible family care days, paid parental leave, new parent ramp-up programs, subsidized back-up childcare and more

- Established and active employee resource groups
