Requirements
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient facility.
Successful candidates typically have:
- Experience in facility, building, industrial, or commercial maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- A commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training is a plus).
Essential Functions
- Maintain the facility, building systems, and grounds in a safe, clean, and operational condition.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on facility infrastructure.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Support regulatory compliance and workplace safety initiatives.
- Work independently and collaboratively to minimize facility downtime.

Hours
- 40 Hours Weekly
- 7 AM to 3:30 PM (Monday through Friday)
