Responsibilities Include:
- Greet clients and pets and provide them with a warm welcome.
- Answer phone calls, text messages, and emails.
- Schedule appointments.
- Check clients and pets in and out. Handle payments.
- Maintain proper documentation of client conversations as required by law.
- Comfortable using multiple digital platforms (i.e.: Windows, Gmail, and Google Drive). Our software is Neo, a cloud platform, and we will train you if you have not used this program before.
- Provide basic information and advice to clients regarding veterinary services and products.
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with administrative tasks as needed.
- Dental experience preferred.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
- Ability to monitor and record dogs and cats proficiently under Anesthesia.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and night shifts.
