Client Account Manager (Advertising)

As a Client Account Manager, you'll be the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for our clients, leading campaigns from strategy through execution while collaborating closely with internal teams. You'll ensure projects are delivered seamlessly, identify opportunities to grow client accounts, and provide strategic recommendations that help clients achieve their business objectives.Your mission is to create exceptional client experiences, deliver measurable results, and build lasting partnerships that drive success for both our clients and our business.

 

What You'll Do

Client Servicing & Account Management:

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and alignment with campaign goals and internal objectives.
• Support business growth by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, working closely with BD during pre-sale, renewals, and account expansion stages.
• Present post-campaign reports to clients, discuss performance insights, and support planning for next campaigns.
  
  

Campaign Planning & Coordination

• Receive and interpret client briefs, translating client needs into actionable plans in collaboration with the Strategy team.
• Develop strong, insight-driven proposals that are feasible, aligned with client expectations, and delivered on time.
  
  

Project & Delivery Management

• Handover confirmed scopes, plans, and timelines to Operations team for seamless execution.
• Oversee campaign execution, including timelines, deliverables, content flow, quality checks, and performance tracking.
• Monitor progress with Operations, troubleshoot issues proactively, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Conduct post-campaign reviews, track performance metrics, capture learnings, and recommend next steps for internal improvement.
  
  

Strategic Planning & Market Awareness

• Stay informed about industry trends, agency dynamics, and client categories to identify opportunities and inform campaign strategy.
• Contribute to brainstorming and idea-generation sessions for campaigns, bringing market insights and creative suggestions.
• Support senior AMs in spotting growth opportunities, new client initiatives, or potential upsell/cross-sell directions.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or digital marketing (experience in Influencer Marketing/social media is a plus).
• Exceptional communicator - clear, confident, and able to engage both clients and internal teams effectively.
• Relationship-driven, with a natural ability to build rapport and manage expectations professionally.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills, staying calm under pressure and proactively addressing potential issues.
• Team player who can coordinate efficiently across multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable understanding campaign KPIs, social/influencer dynamics, and basic analytics.
• Proactive mindset, always seeking opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Malay or Chinese is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace and project management platforms would be an advantage.
