Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Overnight Community in Boca Raton, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Security Officer, you will monitor and patrol a premier residential club community, helping to maintain a secure and welcoming environment for residents, members, and guests. This driving position includes conducting routine patrols, remaining visible to help deter incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, members, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, amenities, parking areas, grounds, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry when applicable, and maintain accurate daily activity and incident reports.
• Communicate professionally with residents, guests, vendors, and staff while supporting a welcoming environment and following established post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
