Preparing and overseeing decommissioning and demolition plans for priority assets, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient execution while supporting rehabilitation objectives.
Managing closure-related financial provisions and liability forecasts, while identifying opportunities to optimise costs and improve long-term closure outcomes.
Driving risk management and execution readiness by identifying key risks, dependencies and enabling works, and implementing mitigation strategies to support successful project delivery.
Providing governance, reporting and strategic decision support through business cases, risk assessments, progress reporting and recommendations that inform closure and investment decisions.

What you can bring to the role

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement practical closure and decommissioning strategies within complex operational environments.
Strong project management and planning capabilities, including schedule development, cost estimation, risk management and execution readiness planning.
Proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, influence stakeholders and deliver outcomes through effective engagement across technical and operational functions.
