Job Description

Under the supervision of the ATS Supervisor, the ATS Support Analyst is responsible for continuously monitoring the performance of the Automated Transport System (ATS) and promptly identifying and resolving operational or system-related issues. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the reliable and efficient movement of materials throughout the organization by maintaining system functionality and minimizing disruptions. The analyst proactively evaluates system performance, troubleshoots technical and mechanical concerns, and collaborates with appropriate teams to implement timely solutions.

In addition to system monitoring and support, the ATS Support Analyst serves as a primary resource for end users, ensuring they are able to effectively utilize ATS services. This responsibility requires a strong commitment to customer service, responsive front-line technical support, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and professional manner. The successful candidate demonstrates a well-rounded combination of technical aptitude, mechanical knowledge, interpersonal skills, and effective communication, allowing them to provide exceptional support while maintaining positive working relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.

HIRING FOR SECOND AND THIRD SHIFTS


Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED and one year of experience with trouble shooting electrical, mechanical, or computer systems.
