Role and Responsibilities

Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Retail Sales & Operations Leader for our D2C (Direct to Customer) Team who will drive growth and excellence across our Samsung branded retail business, a nine-digit revenue operation spanning 100+ points of sale.

Opportunities to work with the D2C Team and with C-level stakeholders across commercial, finance, and external partners.

Key Job Responsabilities

• Lead retail operations strategy and execution across an omnichannel network.
• Own KPI performance: sales, conversion, NPS, flooring achievement, and secondary indicators.
• Manage distributed teams while providing hands-on strategic support.
• Negotiate and build strategic partnerships with store owners, franchisees, and commercial stakeholders.
• Develop and execute collaborative campaigns with complementary brands and financial partners.
• Drive data-informed decision making across complex retail environments.
• Translate operational insights into competitive advantage and business growth.
• Analyze POS performance and navigate a multi-division company to improve business results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is needed.
• 10+ years in retail operations, retail management, or commercial leadership roles, including experience managing $100M+ retail businesses.
• Deep omnichannel retail expertise (physical stores + e-commerce) with advanced retail analytics and KPI management.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills with a proven partnership-building track record.
• Leadership of geographically distributed teams and cross-functional work with C-level stakeholders and external partners.
• AI platforms user.
• Advanced English.
