You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor assigned areas, and deliver professional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, package or shipment-related irregularities, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, entry points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Guard card is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age for role.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
