Job Description

The Content Analyst - Bond Indices role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, quality and timeliness of Bond Indices data on our database (Datastream and Workspace). Also handles supplier coordination, resolves client queries, and supports onboarding and maintenance of markets to uphold LSEG’s data quality standards.

Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

  • Liaise with various data suppliers to address missing, incorrect, or unclear data, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining strong supplier relationship.
  • Deliver accurate, timely, and comprehensive responses to all related to the Bond Indices data queries, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
  • Complete assigned projects within set deadlines, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with business objectives.
  • Prepare and accomplish Content Improvement requests according to business priorities and supervise the ongoing maintenance of existing markets.
  • Conduct follow-up training sessions to other Fixed Income analysts to improve team capability, knowledge retention, and process consistency.
  • Supervise and lead Third Party Bond Indices tasks, including Improved Premium data, while resolving client cases and queries effectively to maintain service quality.
  • Prepare and update documentation on all market processes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Seek ways to improve processes or procedures that are more efficient.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Economics or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Power BI, AI tools, VBA, and SQLL is an advantage
  • Willing to work on a nightshift (6:00pm to 3:00am)
