A Little About Us
The Yahoo Platform Solutions team acts as the primary technical and strategic consultation arm for top-tier agency and direct advertiser partners across Australia and Singapore. We partner closely with Sales, Customer Success (CSO), and Product teams to drive adoption, execution, and maximization of Yahoo’s DSP and Native advertising platforms.
Responsibilities
Serve as a senior technical subject matter expert on Yahoo DSP and Yahoo Native platforms, driving post-sales partnerships and strategic consultation for key commercial accounts in ANZ and Singapore.
Partner with Sales and CSO teams to lead client onboarding, technical integration, platform training, and revenue-driving campaign strategy.
Run complex campaign diagnostics, analyzing large programmatic datasets to extract actionable optimization recommendations and improve client performance metrics.
Integrate generative AI and automated analytics tools into daily workflows to streamline data extraction, performance synthesis, and client report generation.
Identify repetitive campaign management and reporting processes, proactively implementing AI-assisted workflow optimizations to improve turnaround speed and insight accuracy.
Evaluate and validate AI-generated campaign performance outputs and audience recommendations prior to presenting strategic guidance to external client stakeholders.
Actively experiment with emerging AI capabilities to develop scalable solutions that enhance campaign troubleshooting and platform support functions.
Stay current with programmatic adtech trends, identity solutions, and competitive platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, MediaMath, Meta, Google Ads) to effectively position Yahoo’s technological advantages.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising, trading, or adtech platform solutions.
Proven expertise operating programmatic DSPs and native ad platforms (e.g., Yahoo DSP, Yahoo Native, DV360, The Trade Desk, MediaMath, Google Ads, or Meta).
Deep technical understanding of the Australian digital media ecosystem, including ad networks, targeting technologies, identity resolution, and data platforms.
Demonstrated experience using AI tools or automated analytics solutions to enhance efficiency, data analysis, or workflow speed.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to interpret large datasets into strategic business decisions.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience delivering technical platform training to both internal teams and executive client stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting programmatic ad operations across both Australian and Singaporean digital advertising markets.
Proficiency in structured prompt engineering and AI-driven data synthesis for campaign analysis and client-facing presentations.
Proven track record of guiding clients through adtech platform transitions, API integrations, or novel media format adoption.
