Drives the operational direction of data science projects, shaping innovative financial technology solutions that redefine the industry. Leads the design and implementation of highly robust data pipelines, ensuring seamless data collection, processing, and storage to integrate cutting-edge data solutions into existing systems. Manages large-scale technology projects or systems with limited oversight, ensuring their successful execution and delivery. Drives the strategy for the application of statistical methodologies and machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems. Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders, justifying and gaining cooperation on solution design, processes, and approaches. Coaches, reviews, and delegates work to lower-level technical team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team. Advises on industry best practices and emerging trends in data science and engineering, ensuring the team stays at the forefront of technological advancements. Experience technical role involves being responsible for leading large-scale projects or systems and providing mentorship as a subject matter expert. The work influence’s program direction and resource allocation, operating within broad-functional policies and industry standard. Responsibilities include driving moderate to major improvements in processes, systems, or products, requiring innovative approaches to solve-complex, wide ranging problems.
