Compensation: $19 per hour
What you get to do:
Supervise daily wardrobe operations including uniform distribution, ID management, and Ambassador support programs.
Manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships
Operate register for monetary transactions and follow handling procedures defined by the cash handling policies
Hemming pants, sewing patches on shirts, alterations as needed
Laundry to include operation of washers and dryers (linen, rags, uniforms, etc.)
Administer wardrobe guidelines with current and new Ambassadors
Maintain daily paperwork and ambassador files
Interact with guest by greeting them and providing excellent service in an efficient and courteous manner
Work in a team environment and interact with others in a professional manner
Lead, coach, and develop the Ambassador Services team, including interviewing, onboarding, and training new hires, while fostering accountability and engagement.
Maintain positive working relationships with Ambassadors and Leadership across all park departments.
Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs
What it takes to succeed:
At least 18 years of age
Sewing experience preferred
Proficient in computer software and applications (Microsoft Office)
Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Detail-oriented and self-motivated
Demonstrate excellent knowledge and role model of SEA safety, guest service, cleanliness, attendance and wardrobe standards.
Learn and effectively use Point of Sale Systems (payment system)
Good organizational and writing skills
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends when needed.
Ability to work indoors/outdoors in varying conditions and perform physical tasks (walking, bending, lifting, cleaning).
