We are looking for a Field Service Technician to carry out the maintenance, installation, and repair of our equipment. Based at Mery sur Oise service center, you will cover the following departments: 60/27/95/78/95/93/92/78.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring high-quality service while meeting company standards and deadlines. This position offers a unique opportunity to work across a wide variety of customer sites, with a high degree of autonomy and a key role in customer satisfaction.

In this role, your responsibilities may include:

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance visits on our installed equipment fleet.
• Advising customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products.
• Carrying out electrical and/or mechanical refurbishment work.
• Adjusting, testing, and commissioning equipment installations.
• Performing start-up and commissioning activities.
• Contributing to the development of automation and control systems.
• Providing troubleshooting and emergency support to customers as part of an on-call rotation (on average, one week every six weeks).
• Reporting intervention activities and coordinating with Rehlko Services teams, including internal reporting, sales, and technical support.

Rehlko generator sets provide reliable standalone power solutions across a wide range of industries, including Data Centers, Healthcare, Agriculture, Construction, Mining, Water and Waste Treatment, Transportation, and more.

Profile

• Ideally, a qualification in Electrical Engineering/Electrotechnics.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the fields of electrical engineering and/or mechanical maintenance.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Enjoys building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Comfortable using IT tools and software.
• Knowledge of the generator set industry would be an advantage.

Nous recherchons un technicien ou une technicienne itinérant(e) pour assurer la maintenance, l’installation et la réparation de nos équipements. Au sein du centre de Mery sur Oise vous interviendrez sur les départements 60/27/95/78/95/93/92/78.

Vous serez le ou la point de contact privilégié(e) auprès de nos clients, garantissant un service de qualité tout en respectant les délais et les standards de l’entreprise. Ce poste offre une opportunité unique d’intervenir sur des sites variés, avec une forte autonomie et un rôle clé dans la satisfaction client.

Dans ce cadre, vos missions pourront être :

• • Assurer les visites d'entretien préventif et curatif de notre parc
  • Conseiller nos clients sur l’utilisation et le maintien des produits
  • Réaliser des travaux de rénovations électriques et/ou mécaniques
  • Régler et mettre au point des installations
  • Effectuer des mises en service,
  • Participer au développement de systèmes d'automatisation et de régulation,
  • Intervenir et dépanner nos clients dans le cadre d’astreintes

(en moyenne 1 semaine toutes les 6 semaines)

• • Etablir le suivi des interventions auprès des équipes rehlko Services : reporting interne, commerce, support technique,

Les groupes électrogènes rehlko répondent à tous les besoins en énergie autonome, dans tous les secteurs d’activité. (Data Center, Santé, Agriculture, Construction, Mines, Traitements des eaux et déchets, Transports, ...)

Profil recherché

• • Idéalement une formation en électrotechnique
  • Avoir eu une ou plusieurs expériences dans un rôle similaire dans les domaines de l’électrotechnique et/ou de la mécanique.
  • Avoir le sens du service
  • Aimer être en relation avec le client
  • Être à l’aise avec l’outil informatique
  • La connaissance du monde du groupe électrogène est un plus.
