About the role
Join the Cabrini Foundation to help deliver the $100 million Next Era Capital Campaign, now entering its public phase. As Donor Relations Manager, you'll manage your own portfolio of donors and prospects, building personalised journeys that drive committed, long-term giving — from prospect research through cultivation, solicitation and stewardship.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of ~200 current and prospective supporters, cultivating significant and multi-year gifts

  • Oversee the full donor journey: research, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship and engagement

  • Identify new mid-value supporters and develop tailored proposals, including for the Next Era Campaign

  • Deliver personalised stewardship, donor communications and impact reporting

  • Liaise with senior Cabrini leaders for engaging with key donors

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in fundraising, philanthropy, or relevant customer service roles

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and an ability to work effectively with a wide range of people

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including proposals and reports

  • Strong organisational skills; able to work autonomously and prioritise your time and effort

  • A collaborative and proactive approach and a commitment to continuous improvement

  • Knowledge of contemporary fundraising practices; proficiency in MS Office and donor or customer databases.
