Description

Key Responsibilities
1. Monthly forecast and analysis
• Conduct month-end P&L performance analysis on finalized actual figures, prepare variance commentary and reconcile data discrepancies
• Coordinate monthly forecast collection across APAC business units, validate key business drivers and refresh regional financial models to meet global submission deadlines
• Compile standardized forecast financial packages and maintain clear documentation of all forecast assumptions for internal review and global distribution

2. Annual Budget & Long-Term Plan Operational Support
• Drive operational execution of the APAC annual budget cycle, collect and validate budget assumptions
• Consolidate regional budget datasets, conduct cross-line data validation and assemble complete budget packages for global submission
• Support five-year long-range planning through regional data sorting, business assumption compilation and preparation of preliminary financial scenarios

3. Regional Cash Flow & Accounts Receivable Monitoring
• Track consolidated APAC cash position regularly and monitor cash inflow and outflow trends across all regional entities
• Review accounts receivable aging reports, collect collection status updates from operational teams and flag overdue receivables risks
• Maintain regular reconciliation records for cash and AR data and summarize key findings for management review

4. Ad-hoc Analysis & Business Operational Support
• Respond to routine global data requests and conduct deep-dive analysis on cost structure, project profitability and operational efficiency
• Liaise closely with APAC commercial and delivery teams to capture business updates and assess related financial impacts
• Escalate material operational risks and cost fluctuations to APAC finance leaders in a timely manner

5. Process Standardization & enhancement
• Maintain standardized FP&A templates and unified data caliber to ensure consistency of all regional deliverables
• Optimize FP&A workflows continuously to improve delivery efficiency across the region

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines
2. 8+ years FP&A working experience in multinational company environment, with solid exposure in periodic forecasting, budget preparation, cash flow management and other key regional financial metrics
3. Practical knowledge of full-cycle financial planning processes and regional business finance operations
4. Proficient in Excel and financial modeling; familiar with SAP and Hyperion data tools
5. Strong cross-team coordination capability to align multiple business units under tight deadlines
6. Detail-oriented with high standard for data accuracy and repetitive periodic financial deliverables
7. Fluent English for daily global document submission and routine communication
