About the Team: The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across the organization. The team partners closely with business leaders and hiring managers to deliver a positive candidate experience while ensuring recruitment processes are executed efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with organizational hiring objectives.
Impact (Job Summary/Why this Role Matters) As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting a dynamic and fast-paced Talent Acquisition team. You will ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process by coordinating interviews, maintaining accurate candidate data, supporting hiring logistics, and facilitating candidate engagement activities. This role is instrumental in delivering a positive candidate experience while driving operational excellence across the hiring lifecycle..
Key Deliverables (Duties and Responsibilities)
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels across multiple time zones, as required.
Internal
• Manage and update Workday with interview feedback and recruitment-related information in a timely manner.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics, feedback, and next steps throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Support pre-employment activities, onboarding readiness, and candidate engagement initiatives.
• Maintain candidate trackers and provide real-time updates to the Talent Acquisition team.
• Provide administrative and operational support for hiring events, campus recruitment drives, and onboarding activities.
• Contribute to delivering an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, coordination, and process adherence.
Skills and Qualification (Functional and Technical Skills)
•
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•
2–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR support roles preferred.
•
Knowledge of recruitment processes, compliance requirements, and system administration.
•
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with ATS and HRIS platforms is preferred.
•
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
•
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
•
High attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
