Job Description:

Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated BIM Coordinator to support the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and technologies for Hitachi, Ltd. projects, ensuring efficiency and data integrity across project lifecycles.

Job Responsibilities**

* Develop, implement, and maintain BIM execution plans (BEP) and project-specific BIM standards in alignment with company and industry best practices.
* Manage and coordinate BIM models from various disciplines (architecture, structure, MEP, etc.) to identify clashes and ensure constructability.
* Facilitate effective information exchange and collaboration among project stakeholders using BIM platforms.
* Perform model quality checks, validate data accuracy, and ensure adherence to project requirements.
* Assist in the creation and management of BIM content libraries.
* Support the integration of BIM with other project management and data management systems.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes and technologies within Hitachi, Ltd.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a BIM coordination or similar role within the AEC industry.
* Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD.
* Strong understanding of BIM principles and workflows.
* Experience with clash detection and resolution processes.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Familiarity with project management software and data environments is a plus.
