What we’re looking for:
- Previous call centre / BPO experience
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Minimum 1-year relevant experience
- Good computer literacy
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident speaking with customers over the phone
- Comfortable handling objections and rejection
- Target-driven with a competitive mindset
- Persuasive, energetic and resilient
- Customer-focused while still being focused on results
- Excellent English communication
- Available to work USA business hours

- Provide accurate information and solutions
