The Christ Hospital Home Health Care
Schedule: PRN 1 day per week (8 AM - 5 PM)

As a Home Health Aide, you'll provide one-on-one care, build lasting relationships with patients and families, and be part of a supportive clinical team dedicated to improving lives every day.

What You'll Do
Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
Help patients maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
Observe and report changes in patient condition
Communicate with nurses, patients, and families
Complete required documentation
Qualifications
STNA, CNA, or 75-hour Nurse Aide Training
1+ year of caregiving experience
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
