Join Associated Bank as a Trust Centralized Services Specialist and play a key role in supporting trust administration and delivering exceptional service to our clients. In this role, you'll manage critical account administration activities, ensure accurate processing of transactions, and help maintain compliance with trust and regulatory requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your trust operations expertise and make a meaningful impact within a collaborative team.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage trust account openings, maintenance activities, and account closures while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Review client documentation and forms for completeness and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Process cash and asset transfers, securities transactions, account distributions, and cost basis adjustments.
  • Monitor shared workflows, reporting tools, and open-item tracking to ensure timely completion of requests.
  • Coordinate with trust administration, compliance, audit, and other business partners to resolve operational issues.
  • Generate client communications, including welcome letters, retention notices, and other account-related correspondence.
  • Facilitate on-demand check processing and distribution while maintaining appropriate controls and documentation.
  • Support Irrevocable Life Insurance Trust (ILIT) administration by tracking payments, premiums, and required communications.

Education & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in the trust, brokerage, or wealth management industry.
  • Knowledge of trust operations, account administration, and fiduciary processes.
  • Experience working with regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements.
