Intern

1. Responsible for OEE data compilation & review. To collect, review, and analyze department data to ensure production goals and objectives are being met.

2. Assist in documents filing and arrangement, both softcopy & hardcopy, inclusive of copying & scanning documents to share drive.

3. Assist in visual standard management, shift schedule management, tools reconciliation management.

4. Work closely with Production Managers to prioritize and schedule work for shopfloor.

5. Assist for all DMP process records verification.

6. Assist document controller to close findings in EXP as & per necessary.

7. Provide Production Managers with production information and data analysis.

8. Assisting Production Manager to follow up stock of consumable items for all DMP unit workshops & ensuring production tools is fulfil production needs. 9.Assisting production supervisors on traceability exercise of final product produced.

10. Coordinating with Production & Supply Chain team on monthly stock count.

11. Undertaking additional or any other tasks or responsibilities as and when necessary.
