The Opportunity  

Reporting to the Vice President, Sales S&B North America, the Manager, Sales will be responsible for driving sales, revenue, and distribution growth across retail and sales channels. This role will support merchandising, consumer and retailer education, distributor partnerships, and account engagement, while helping to improve profitability and gross margin performance through effective promotional, marketing, and display programs. 

Responsibilities   

  • Drive sales, distribution, and revenue within their assigned existing account base. 

  • Build robust forecasting processes, pricing and promo calendars and innovation launch plans to grow topline revenue. 

  • Onboard new multiple door accounts. 

  • Increase door count, sales, and velocity of S&B products in the assigned territory. 

  • Identify and pursue new points of distribution for S&B portfolio growth (new target doors). 

  • Lead effective collaboration and engagement with local distributor sales forces to drive sales volume, revenue, and increase market penetration in defined territories/geographies. 

  • Support local distributors with trainings, development, and S&B retail integration. 

  • Build relationships and rapport with accounts and be the face of the S&B brand within the assigned territory. 

  • Support local Brick & Mortar doors with trainings, POS, swag, and merchandising support. 

  • Introduce sales/promotions, merchandising materials, POS, and displays to accounts. 

  • Analyze performance and ROI from promotions, marketing initiatives, and display programs. 

  • Support the development of assigned account portfolio & channel strategy, leveraging the strengths of each channel to grow sales velocities, trial, and education (i.e., Head Shop, Distributor, Dispensary) 

  • Identify and execute in‑market sponsorships, events, or trade shows that will help drive consumer awareness, trial, and S&B sales. 

  • Oversee activations with supporting Distributor and S&B partners. 

  • Provide local market insights and best practices. Provide monthly sales recap. 

  • Drive social media presence by sourcing and working with local influencers. 

  • Regular submission and tracking of day‑to‑day activities in the designated platform. 

  • Attend and participate in regular weekly video calls with S&B company personnel. 

  • Responsible for managing and maximizing activation and T&E budgets allocated for the market, submitting regular expense and weekly recap reports. 

  • Manage informational requests and key takeaways for management reporting. 

  • Travel within the assigned account base for account visits, events, and trade shows to grow sales and revenue. 

  • Manage budgets, tactical resources, and tools to maximize ROI throughout the year. 

  • Other duties as assigned. 

Experience    

  • Minimum of 5 years of Account Management experience. 

  • Distributor management experience. 

  • The ability to forecast sales and revenue goals. 

  • The ability to set clear priorities and goals in order to achieve our revenue targets. 

  • The ability to build and maintain relationships and rapport with current customers and distribution partners. 

  • The ability to budget effectively and provide financial reporting. 

  • The ability to analyze and monitor sales performance in order to determine areas to improve.

This is a full-time, fully remote position based out of Ontario.

Salary range - $90,000 - $110,000
