Role Overview

 

Atomic 212° is looking for a Performance Executive to join our Sydney Performance team. You’ll work across the full campaign lifecycle spanning Paid Search and Paid Social, learning from some highly experienced performance specialists and continuing to build your technical capability.

 

You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your own client accounts early in your career and lead client conversations, while also working across larger accounts and gaining exposure to more sophisticated, strategic performance work.

 

The role has opened up following an internal promotion, making it a great next step for someone ready to take on more responsibility and progress their performance media career.

 

Responsibilities

 

As a Performance Executive at Atomic 212°, you will:

 

• Support the planning, implementation and ongoing management of performance campaigns across Paid Search and Paid Social
• Set up campaigns across platforms including Google Ads and Meta, covering targeting, keyword research, ad copy and bid strategies
• Monitor and optimise campaigns, using performance data to identify opportunities and improve results
• Analyse campaign performance and turn data into clear insights and recommendations
• Deliver regular and ad hoc reporting
• Work closely with Performance Managers and Directors, as well as specialists across the wider agency
• Build strong client relationships and gradually take on greater account ownership
• Manage multiple campaigns and deliverables accurately and efficiently
• Continue building your technical capability across the wider digital ecosystem, including opportunities to gain exposure to programmatic

Qualifications

 

We are looking for an Performance Executive with:

• Ideally 18+ months’ experience in a digital, performance or analytical role, preferably within an agency or performance marketing environment
• Hands-on experience implementing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager
• A good understanding of Paid Search and Paid Social, with an appetite to deepen your expertise across both
• An analytical mindset and genuine interest in understanding the ‘why’ behind campaign performance
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Confident communication skills and some exposure to client or stakeholder relationships
• Google Analytics or broader digital platform experience would be a bonus, but isn’t essential

You don’t need to know everything from day one – we’re looking for someone with strong foundations who is excited to keep developing within a supportive, high-performing team.
