We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager and Business Partner with a strong industrial background to lead Armacell Poland's Finance function and take full responsibility for the local Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.

 

Your Tasks

• Lead and develop the local Finance team

• Own Armacell Poland's Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet

• Partner with Plant and Commercial Leadership to drive business performance

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

• Deliver insights on profitability, costs, and business performance

• Evaluate CAPEX investments and business opportunities

• Prepare and file Armacell Poland's statutory accounts under local and IFRS GAAP

• Prepare and file Income Tax and VAT declarations

• Ensure compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, transfer pricing, and regulatory requirements

Your Profile

• Degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or Business Administration

• Strong experience in Finance and Controlling within a manufacturing environment

• Expertise in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

• Solid knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, tax regulations, and transfer pricing

• Proven leadership experience and people development skills

• Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking skills

• Ability to challenge constructively and influence decision-making

• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish
