A recognized leader in customer technology, digital platforms, and experience transformation. You bring a unique combination of executive advisory skills, broad platform expertise, business acumen, and technology leadership. You understand how leading organizations leverage marketing technology, commerce platforms, customer data platforms, digital experience platforms, and emerging technologies to drive growth and create differentiated customer experiences.
You are comfortable speaking with C-suite executives one day, shaping technology strategy the next, supporting complex sales pursuits, and providing architectural guidance across major transformation programs. While you may contribute to delivery oversight when needed, your primary value lies in advising clients on how to build and evolve their digital ecosystem to achieve business outcomes.
You are a trusted advisor who can connect business strategy, customer experience, data, and technology into actionable transformation roadmaps.
The Work:
Serve as a senior client advisor for customer technology, digital experience, commerce, and marketing platform transformations.
Partner with executives and business stakeholders to define technology strategies that support growth, customer engagement, and digital innovation.
Advise clients on the selection, modernization, integration, and optimization of customer technology ecosystems.
Shape and lead technology visioning, roadmap development, business cases, and transformation strategies.
Provide strategic guidance across leading customer technology platforms including Commerce Platforms, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Digital Experience Platforms (DXPs), Marketing Automation, Personalization and Analytics solutions.
Support business development activities including solutioning, proposal development, client presentations, and sales pursuits.
Act as a trusted advisor throughout the client lifecycle, helping organizations navigate technology investments and transformation decisions.
Collaborate with strategy, creative, data, product, engineering, and platform teams to deliver integrated customer experience solutions.
Provide executive-level thought leadership on customer technology trends, platform capabilities, AI-enabled experiences, digital content ecosystems, and emerging technologies.
Contribute architectural guidance and technology direction for complex transformation initiatives.
Mentor and develop teams across customer technology disciplines while helping grow Accenture Song's technology advisory capability.
Influence and enhance Accenture Song's offerings, methodologies, assets, market positioning, and industry thought leadership.
Here's What You'll Need:
10+ years of experience in customer technology, digital platforms, digital transformation, consulting, or technology strategy.
7+ years advising executive stakeholders on technology strategy, platform investments, and large-scale transformation initiatives.
Experience working across multiple customer technology domains including Marketing Technology, Commerce, Customer Data, Digital Experience, Content, and Analytics platforms.
Demonstrated experience with leading enterprise customer platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, Shopify, Sitecore, SAP, Contentstack, Commercetools, Optimizely, and similar technologies.
Experience developing technology roadmaps, business cases, target-state architectures, and digital transformation strategies.
Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
