Your Role

As an Optometric Technician, you will:

• Deliver patient-first customer service in every interaction.
• Assist our optometrists in providing high-quality eye care.
• Perform pre-testing procedures, including visual field testing and retinal imaging.
• Guide patients through the examination process with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain and sanitize equipment to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
• Educate patients on eye care and contact lens use.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional, engaging demeanor.
• A genuine passion for healthcare and helping others.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to work efficiently and independently, with consistent, reliable conduct.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Previous experience as an optometric technician is a plus, but not required - we're happy to train the right candidate.
• EMR experience and bilingual ability are also a plus.
