IT Asset & Vendor Management: Oversee hardware and software inventory, track lease agreements and service contracts, and manage third-party vendor support SLAs and escalations.

Knowledge, Skills, & Competencies
Education & IT Experience: Degree or diploma in Computer Science/Engineering (or related discipline) with 1–2+ years supporting end-user services for large teams, preferably in logistics or waste management environments.
Technical Infrastructure Expertise: Broad proficiency in enterprise IT architectures, networking, hardware/software deployment, emerging technologies, and operational process systems.
Troubleshooting & Integration: Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of resolving complex, cross-technology incidents and integrating enterprise IT services.
Governance & Process Management: Strong command of IT governance, operational best practices, application research, and policy creation for mission-critical software and deployment lifecycles.
Communication & Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage customer expectations, partner with senior management, and work across multicultural, remote teams.
Drive & Service Orientation: Self-motivated and detail-oriented mindset with a focus on client service, process improvement, and decisive decision-making under high-pressure SLA commitments.
