Renovation Works Site Manager

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Renovation Works Site Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient execution of all works on-site, reporting to the project architect or project leader. As a consultant, you will be hired by Keystone Solutions to work on diverse client projects, ensuring a dynamic and enriching experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and communicate with contractors and subcontractors.
• Monitor the progress of the works and conduct site visits.
• Ensure the correct execution of ordered works based on purchase orders or contracts.
• Check the quality of the executed work.
• Ensure proper safety management on-site.
• Handle necessary administrative tasks.
• Collaborate closely with various colleagues across different departments.
• Be flexible and willing to visit sites across the region.
• Possess a BA5 certification.
• Have knowledge of the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
