This position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to generate a detailed production schedule based on the production plan to maximize the use of resources and meet established production specifications and schedules. Each day, you will feed information on production capacity issues and material availability. You will also showcase your expertise by releasing manufacturing work orders.
The work model for the role is: onsite
This role is contributing to the IPU Modular within Manufacturing Unit, Business Line Critical Power, Smart Power Division in Quartino, Switzerland.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Creating and maintaining a detailed production schedule from the production plan.
Executing daily, plant-level Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) to create and manage production requirements to meet the production delivery schedules.
Establishing sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipment dates per the master schedule/plan.
Monitoring schedule adherence, identifying key root causes for deviation, and taking follow-up improvement action.
Qualifications for the role
You are familiar with MS Office package (MS Excel, Power BI) and SAP: PP, MM modules
You have at least 2 years of experience in Industrial Electro-Mechanical Manufacturing segment, working as Production Planner, Material Planner, or Order Handling Specialist)
Proven experience in MRP, Production Planning, Order Handling, Material Planning and Fulfillment
You eager to learn and grow, have an open mindset and willing to work in a team within a proactive and collaborative environment
You are fluent in Italian as main language (mother tongue or C2, English B2 as a plus)
You hold current High School Diploma in technical field/commercial/economics valid in Italy/Switzerland
