Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative serves as a key point of contact between the company, business-to-business customers, vendors, and employees across multiple company locations. This position is responsible for providing professional, timely, and accurate communication while coordinating customer orders, vendor needs, and internal requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate professionally with B2B customers, vendors, and internal employees.
- Process and track customer orders, purchase information, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Shipping, Warehouse, Quality, Sales, and other departments across multiple locations.
- Respond to questions regarding orders, products, availability, scheduling, and delivery status.
- Assist vendors with inquiries, documentation, scheduling, and other business needs.
- Maintain accurate customer, vendor, and order records.
- Resolve issues by working with the appropriate departments and locations.
- Provide timely follow-up to ensure customer and vendor needs are addressed.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
- Perform additional customer service and administrative duties as needed.
Hours - 8AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Friday
Salary - Negotiable

Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, management, and employees.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business computer systems.
