What you'll do...
The Staff Product Manager, Store & Club Feature Management, owns the strategy, roadmap, and execution of products that enable stores, clubs, and merchant teams to plan, locate, execute, and measure merchandising features across Walmart’s retail footprint. This role is responsible for improving inventory location accuracy, merchandising execution, feature discoverability, and operational efficiency through digital tools and data-driven workflows. The product leader will own capabilities such as the Store Feature Order Tool, merchandising feature location management, inventory location accuracy solutions, and feature planning platforms. About the team: The team leads the strategy, roadmap, and execution of products that support stores, clubs, merchants, and field operations in planning, locating, executing, and measuring merchandising features across Walmart’s retail footprint. Focused on enhancing inventory location accuracy, merchandising execution, and operational efficiency, the team develops digital tools and data-driven workflows that enable featured merchandise to be planned accurately, deployed efficiently, and executed consistently across stores and clubs. The team collaborates closely with Merchandising, Store Operations, Supply Chain, Inventory, Technology, and Data Science to deliver impactful product solutions that optimize retail operations, improve merchandising execution, and enhance the customer experience. What you'll do:- Drive strategy and execution for complex products, owning end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization.
- Build deep customer and business understanding using data analysis, journey mapping, and feedback mechanisms to define clear problem statements and success metrics.
- Define and communicate multi-quarter product vision and strategy, aligning stakeholders and guiding roadmap priorities based on market and competitive insights.
- Manage product lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions with clear acceptance criteria and performance measures.
- Leverage data and experimentation to validate assumptions, optimize prioritization, and identify AI-powered feature opportunities.
- Influence technical direction through collaboration with Engineering and mentor less experienced product managers.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience leading product strategy and managing roadmaps for complex or multiple related products.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Expertise in data-driven decision making, including advanced analytics and experimentation to validate product assumptions.
- Deep understanding of customer needs through structured research, journey mapping, and feedback synthesis.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and their application to product innovation and lifecycle management.
- Ability to translate technical concepts and market insights into clear product vision and measurable outcomes.
- Experience mentoring product managers and fostering rigorous discovery and launch readiness processes.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
