Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or related technical field)
- Up to 4 - 5 years of experience in field service, fleet support, or industrial/power equipment operations.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, maintenance practices, and reliability concepts.
- Ability to analyze technical data and provide actionable recommendations.
Additional Requirements
- Valid U.S. visa (required)
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to Customer sites
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work in cross-functional and customer-facing environments

This role is ideal for developing strong technical expertise while contributing directly to Customer success under LTSA contracts.
