Project Controls Manager

Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a Project Controls Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, PA.

This is a hybrid/site-based role in the central New Jersey area. The candidate is expected to be onsite 3-4 days/week for the first few months while on-boarding and learning client projects and systems. Then the current client requirement is to be onsite minimum 50%, subject to any changes in client's requirements.

Your role

General responsibilities will be focused on Cost Management, include:

• Project setup.

• Cost reporting including forecasting/re-forecasting.

• Cashflow/spend projections.

• Vendor contract and purchase order setup.

• Change order review.

• Invoice review.

• Vendor and project closeout.

About you

• Mid-level/5 years experience is preferred.

• Scheduling experience is a bonus.

Additional information 

Expected compensation range is between $105,000 - $150,000 annually hourly depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
