About the location:

To provide exceptional food and beverage service during banquets, conferences, weddings, meetings, and special events by delivering personalized, efficient, and professional service while ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
Job Responsibilities
General
Executes all tasks assigned by his/her supervisor or Manager.
Demonstrates a high degree of standards of awareness, promotes teamwork, and acts as a positive role model.
Attends all scheduled training sessions and departmental meetings.
Displays warmth, care, and genuine enthusiasm when interacting with guests and internal customers, while embracing the Four Seasons Golden Rule.
Adheres to the Resort's Code of Conduct and grooming & hygiene standards.
Works hands-on and supports colleagues during busy operational periods.
Actively participates in daily briefings and departmental meetings.
Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Complies with all Health & Safety, Food Safety, Fire & Emergency, and hygiene policies.
Performs any other duties assigned by Management.
Departmental
Prepare banquet function rooms according to event orders and Four Seasons standards.
Set up and clear banquet tables, buffet stations, bars, meeting rooms, and event equipment before and after functions.
Prepare mise en place for all banquet events.
Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, courteous, and professional service throughout the event.
Serve food and beverages efficiently and in accordance with Four Seasons service standards.
Maintain excellent knowledge of banquet menus, beverages, wine selections, and allergens to confidently answer guest enquiries.
Anticipate guests' needs, offer recommendations, and ensure complete guest satisfaction.
Take ownership of guest requests and concerns, resolving them promptly or escalating them when necessary.
Coordinate closely with the Banquet Kitchen, Stewarding, and Events teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Monitor banquet areas throughout events to maintain cleanliness, replenish supplies, and ensure service standards are consistently met.
Handle banquet equipment with care and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Accurately process guest charges and payment transactions where applicable, following all control procedures.
Assist with inventory counts of banquet operating equipment, linen, and supplies.
Promote Resort dining outlets, events, and services whenever appropriate.
Support sustainability initiatives by reducing waste and using resources responsibly.
Special Requirements
Has 1 -2 years of relevant experience in 5 star hotels/resorts or reputable stand alone restaurants
Possesses excellent English, math and psychometric abilities
Possesses aptitude and upward mobility.
Technical education in Hospitality Management is preferred
Basic wine knowledge preferred
