Retail Lead, EMEA

ROLE PURPOSE
Lead retail excellence and sell-out across Brompton's most mature market, including 3 flagship Junction stores and multiple Store Partners. This role owns the customer experience and commercial standard on the ground in EMEA, deploying Brompton's frameworks to ensure consistency and improved performance. This role is also responsible for championing growth of our Partner network in the EMEA region.

Lead retail excellence and sell-out across Brompton's most mature market, including 3 flagship Junction stores and multiple Store Partners. This role owns the customer experience and commercial standard on the ground in EMEA, deploying Brompton's frameworks to ensure consistency and improved performance. This role is also responsible for championing growth of our Partner network in the EMEA region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deploy the 7-Step Client Journey, VM-in-a-Box, StoreIQ, BOP, and clienteling across EMEA Junctions, Franchise Stores and selected Partners.
• Responsible for EMEA Junction stores hitting key commercial and operational KPIS.
• Enforce the Partner Programme standard across the region.
• Lead retail delivery for any Junction and new Partner opportunities
• Work closely with and support the EMEA Retail Trainer.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• Improving Partner NPS and increase sales conversion and sell-through across EMEA.
• Consistent premium execution from flagship to Store Partners.
• Full BOP certification and VM compliance across the region.
• Smooth, on-brand delivery of any Junction and new Partner opportunities.
• Strong working relationship with Junctions, Franchise Stores and selected Partners.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Senior multi-site retail leadership in premium or specialty retail.
• Experience across owned, franchise, and wholesale/dealer channels.
• Proven at lifting conversion, clienteling, and sell-through.
• Strong partner and stakeholder management, comfortable in a matrix.
• Willing to travel regularly across EMEA markets.
• Fluent in premium brand and service standards; second language a plus.
