Overview

Join us at Gallagher, where we provide tailored insurance solutions for police and fire services. Based in Leatherhead, you’ll be part of a team that values collaboration, integrity, and service excellence. This role offers a chance to make a real difference by supporting clients and ensuring their needs are met with care and professionalism.

How you'll make an impact

You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, handling calls and emails with empathy and efficiency. You’ll guide clients through claims processes, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. Working closely with account handlers, you’ll assist with administrative tasks like processing refunds and managing reports. Your proactive approach will help resolve issues quickly, ensuring clients receive the best possible service.

About you

Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:

• A client-focused mindset, with the ability to prioritise customer needs.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail when handling policy documents.
• Clear communication skills to explain complex issues simply.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and personal development.
• IT proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office tools.
• GCSEs or equivalent qualifications.
