  • Develop and follow up launch supply plans, including demand assumptions, production feasibility, material availability, inventory build, deployment, logistics readiness, and first shipment readiness.
  • Track project milestones and highlight supply risks that may impact launch timelines, first production, first shipment, service level, inventory exposure, or export compliance.
  • Act as the planning contact point for NPD Export projects and coordinate with Export Market PICs, R&D, E&M, QFS, Export-Import, Logistics, Manufacturing, Procurement, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning.
  • Coordinate customer, material, BOM, planning parameter, and export-related master data setup to ensure SAP master data readiness before production and shipment milestones.
  • Review demand assumptions and ensure sufficient supply coverage for new products and export markets during launch and post-launch stabilization period.
  • Coordinate production plans, initial stock build, finished goods deployment, logistics requirements, and shipment readiness for export products.
  • Identify supply shortages, excess inventory, slow-moving / obsolete risk, phase-in / phase-out risk, and propose mitigation actions proactively.
  • Coordinate closely with QFS and Logistics teams to ensure product quality and documentation readiness are in line with Vietnam regulations and export country requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with Export-Import and Logistics teams to ensure export process compliance and prevent shipment delay, product return, or market compliance issue.
  • Monitor launch performance after first production and first shipment, then capture lessons learned and continuous improvement actions for future NPD Export planning.
