Position Details

• Position: Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• Shifts Available: AM & PM

• Pay: Starting at $23.00 per hour

• Schedule: 4 Days On / 2 Days Off Rotation

• Location: Tice Valley Post Acute | Walnut Creek, CA

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care according to each resident's individualized care plan

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Support residents during meals while promoting proper nutrition and hydration

• Observe residents and promptly communicate changes in condition to the licensed nursing staff

• Respond promptly to call lights while providing exceptional customer service

• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

• Accurately document care provided and follow all facility policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Current, active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment

• Previous skilled nursing or post-acute care experience is preferred but not required
