What's the role?
Join Australia’s only Luxury Retail Media Network as the Campaign and Experience Executive for David Jones, Amplify at Medium Rare Content.
In this newly created role, you will own the end-to-end implementation and optimisation of premium retail media campaigns. By collaborating with agency partners and third-party providers, you will bring to life best-in-class, experience-led solutions - from high-impact digital screens to iconic storefront windows - driving commercial goals and connecting brands with premium, purchase-ready consumers.
Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery, execution, and optimisation of premium retail media campaigns across both in-store and online channels.
Manage the logistics and seamless execution of experiential pop-up campaigns by collaborating closely with internal teams.
Lead campaign measurement and manage core systems, including the VAMS inventory management system, Salesforce, and financial CRMs.
Keep external sales materials sharp by continuously updating site cards, media kits, and other essential collateral.
Ingest complex datasets and use critical thinking to translate numbers into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
Identify production efficiencies and proactively resolve barriers to ensure flawless campaign delivery and total client satisfaction.
Who are you?
You bring a minimum of two years' experience in campaign management, retail marketing, or category partnerships within luxury, retail, or media/experiential agency environments.
You seamlessly blend an analytical process with creative thinking, designing exceptional media plans that brilliantly bring a brand’s attributes to life.
You possess a strong understanding of media channel planning and commercialisation strategies, alongside proficiency in using CRM and reporting tools.
You are highly detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, effortlessly managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
You are a highly collaborative communicator who excels at presenting to stakeholders, managing client relationships, and maintaining a customer-centric focus.
You get a thrill from driving new business opportunities and are quick to address challenges promptly to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction.
