Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely alongside an experienced manager, receiving hands-on support, coaching, and industry knowledge before gradually taking full ownership of the desk yourself. You'll inherit a successful, fast-paced desk with significant scope for growth and development.
Whilst previous 360 recruitment experience would be advantageous, it is not essential. We are open to considering candidates with a strong recruitment background or transferable experience who are eager to develop their career within a specialist market.
What You'll Be Doing
- Full 360 Recruitment Process: Engage in every aspect of recruitment business development and client acquisition to job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiations and deal closures.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilise job boards, referrals, and headhunting via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter. Source candidates via advertising, job boards, social media and referrals.
- Key Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, offering exceptional service and advice. Network and build relationships with clients to drive sales.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure branch success and maximise cross-selling opportunities
The successful candidate will be:
- Energetic, proactive, and highly motivated.
- Able to manage a busy workload and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Organised with strong time management and communication skills.
- Keen to learn, develop, and take ownership of a successful recruitment desk over time.
