Associate, Clinical Operations

Priovant is committed to developing therapies that address high unmet need in autoimmune disease. The Associate, Clinical Operations will help advance this mission by driving operational and monitoring execution on Priovant’s late-stage clinical trials, ensuring that the most important projects at the company are accomplished successfully.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a system for organizing and tracking essential documents related to study start-up and execution 
• Function as the first-round reviewer of IP release checklists, ensuring that all essential study documents meet compliance standards prior to site activation 
• Support the timely execution of Priovant’s clinical development goals by managing and maintaining key study metrics around monitoring and data quality 
• Help manage site-level interfacing with external vendors, such as troubleshooting site issues  
• Support the clinical monitoring team by co-monitoring on key programs  
• Facilitate tracking of operational on-study workflows, such as protocol amendment implementation and patient re-consenting 
• Ad hoc support for clinical operations workstreams across programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a scientific or technical discipline) 
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical research experience – ideally 3-4 years 
• Strong organizational skill set. Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.  
• Collaborative, with the ability to work well in small teams.  
• Extremely detail-oriented 
• Flexibility to travel when needed (may support up to 2 on-site visits each month) 
• Ability to learn quickly and respond well to feedback.  
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and project management software such as Monday.com
