Job Summary

The Regional Sales Administration Manger (RSAM) oversees and leads a region of site based NOA contracting teams located at Marketing and Sales Centers for the North America Timeshare Organization The  Regional SAM is a proactive and trusted business leader who oversees the management of Sales Administration processes, programs, and performance and drives the continuous improvement of accurate and efficient sales contracting operations for timeshare, real estate transactions across multiple brands and products.  This role requires heavy focus on policy compliance with all corporate, mortgage bank, and legal policies and regulations.  Specifically pertaining to PII, PCI, credit underwriting, title insurance, financing, truth-in-lending, and state or county specific document requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Primary focus is on adhering to procedures, process, real estate and escrow law related compliance and ensuring production metrics are met.

  • Creates reporting on site production and pending business.Ensures follows up and follows through on all good sales with document issues and money shortages.

  • Reviews and analyzes reports on performance metrics associated with contracting and closing efficiencies.Works directly with the Audit department to resolve unclosed business and ANY exceptions needed on sales.

  • Ensures onsite contracting teams are knowledgeable and updated on all AOP’s, Pricing changes, accounting updates impacting contracting.Works directly with onsite teams on all new rollouts.

  • Provides guidance to site Sales Administration Managers (SAMs) / Supervisors and to regional and site Marketing and Sales staff. Acts as a SME and resource for sales centers regarding any sales administration operational or procedural issues impacting the business or projects associated with responsibilities.Works with customer advocacy to resolve escalated customer issues

  • Assists Regional AD / or VP NOA in identifying training and compliance needs and partners with NOA Implementation, NOA Business Support and NOA training and Compliance & Audit Managers to develop supporting communications and training collateral as appropriate.

  • Identifies system issues and works with NOA Business Systems and MVW IT team to prepare and submit systems change requests.Prepares and submits IT requests as needed.

  • Implements process improvements and enhancements to the sales administration process in support of continuously improving regional performance in alignment with changing business needs and as required by applicable governmental real estate guidelines, and regulations.

  • Ensures all Sales Administration Managers or Supervisor and all site staff are properly trained and performing all aspects of their jobs.Identifies training and workload management issues and facilitates change to course correct.

  • Meets with Closing Team leaders to identify contract processing issues affecting closing performance and unclosed business weekly.

  • Manages job performance of direct reports.

  • Acts a professional role model for not only NOA associates but also as a business professional representing the site and Marriott Vacations Worldwide.

  • Assist other departments with training on reports, promotional programs, and NOA specific processes.

  • Meets regularly with sales leadership team to review unclosed business to solve problems and move files to closing to meet MVW budgets

  • Ability to effectively navigate multiple systems and applications

  • Ability to understand complex sales programs with varying business rules to ensure contract processing requests are within approved guidelines

  • Perform special projects as assigned.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Specific Candidate Profile

Education/Experience

  • Four-year Bachelor of Business Administration or related discipline or equivalent work experience.

  • At least eight years of progressive management experience.

  • Experience within the real estate or vacation ownership industry preferred.

  • Experience in high volume, fast-paced, results oriented business environ­ments required.

  • Demonstrated success managing a team of direct reports located remotely, operating 7 days per week

Skills & Attributes

  • Extensive knowledge in state real estate rules and regulations as they relate to licensing, con­tracting, closing, escrow, and federal truth-in-lending laws.

  • Knowledge in general accounting procedures, mathematical comprehension

  • Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft software applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to analyze data to determine data issues and resolves

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

  • Must be available and willing to travel.


Pay Transparency - $96K to $106K
