You plan and deliver the meetings, forums, and moments that bring our people together, and you shape the experience everyone has with our team. The team drives Walmart U.S.’s highest-impact strategy by managing central operations and ensuring seamless execution of key business programs. As Manager, Business Strategy, you will lead operating rhythms, governance, and planning processes that enable clarity and support across teams. Collaborating closely with leadership, the team anticipates priorities, connects cross-functional efforts, and builds scalable tools and mechanisms to maintain operational excellence. This role is essential in shaping how the team operates and delivers results, fostering a structured environment that supports effective time management, adaptability, and strategic planning to advance Walmart’s business objectives.
What you'll do:
- Own the team's operating cadence, central calendar, and workback plans to keep priorities on track
- Lead the agenda, content, and execution of the weekly Key Business Program meetings.
- Drive portfolio reporting, ensuring leaders have a consistent view of performance and readiness.
- Coordinate leadership forums so materials, inputs, and deadlines are delivered with no surprises.
- Own and improve core tools and systems of record (e.g., Airtable/Beacon).
- Partner with a portfolio of Key Business Programs as a thought and accountability partner.
- Anticipate needs, remove friction, and build scalable mechanisms that improve execution and team effectiveness.

- Strong communication and coordination, with a talent for aligning teams through clear agendas, updates, and follow-through.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
