Description
Growth Marketing Operator
Remote — Latin America · Contract, part-time to start (~20 hrs/week) · 3+ years of experience
About Rad Hires
Rad Hires connects founder-led and growth-stage companies with vetted, AI-forward talent across Latin America. We handle sourcing, vetting, and process so our clients meet only candidates who are ready to contribute from day one.
About the company
Our client is a business consulting and services company that helps founder-led businesses turn strategic plans into executed work. They build project roadmaps and then embed execution teams inside their clients' operations — providing the structure, systems, and follow-through that fast-growing, founder-led organizations often lack on their own. The team works heavily with AI tools, including Claude, as part of how it operates day to day.
About the role
This is the company's first dedicated marketing hire. There is no internal marketing team today — marketing has been handled ad hoc by the founder and general admin support, which is why the newsletter hasn't launched yet and social posting has been inconsistent. The planning and content outline for the newsletter already exist; this person's job is to get it running and keep it running, along with the rest of the company's own marketing.
You'll also be the person who runs the company's marketing through Claude — orchestrating the AI agents and skills already built for the work, and acting as the human check to make sure what comes out of them is actually ready to ship.
What you'll do
-
Own the newsletter end to end: launch it from the existing plan and content outline, then run scheduling, writing, design, and sending, and use performance data to sharpen each send.
-
Protect and grow the brand voice across blog, case studies, social, and email content.
-
Keep the company website current and on-message in Squarespace.
-
Build brand-aligned assets (decks, templates, collateral) in tools like Claude Design, Canva, and Google Slides.
-
Run marketing campaigns end to end — idea through scheduling through follow-up — in HubSpot.
-
Re-establish a consistent social/LinkedIn presence, after a period of ad hoc, inconsistent posting.
-
Use Claude to orchestrate the marketing workflow across the different agents and skills already built, checking outputs before anything goes out.
-
Pull performance data from HubSpot and Google Analytics and use Claude to build and maintain a reporting dashboard (this doesn't exist yet — you'd be building it).
-
Track what's working and bring leadership a recommendation, not just numbers.
What we look for
-
3+ years of marketing experience (education and hands-on), generalist or coordinator level — a marketing-related degree is required.
-
Genuinely AI-forward: you already work with Claude (or similar tools) as your default way of working, not something you're picking up on the job.
-
A strong writer and editor with an eye for tone and design.
-
Familiarity with HubSpot and Squarespace; comfort with Google Workspace and basic analytics tools.
-
Comfortable building something from a plan rather than an established process — this role starts with direction, not a fully built system.
Signals we love
-
An initiator mindset — you push things to done instead of opening threads and letting them sit.
-
Detail-oriented — things stay current, accurate, and on time without needing reminders.
-
Comfortable in ambiguity — this client moves fast and doesn't always hand you a fully clear brief; you're expected to sense what's needed and bring a confident recommendation.
This role is not for you if
You need a fully defined process before you start. This is a build-it-yourself, first-marketing-hire role — the plan exists, but the execution system doesn't yet.
