SUMMARY
This position is responsible for providing support for the National Benefits Team in the delivery of benefits services that positively impact clients’ businesses and result in retention and growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Distributes work via customer relationship management system to appropriate Benefits Team personnel across the country.
Runs reports for the benefits group using various Insperity systems and data sources and distributes to relevant parties.
Supports audit and administrative functions and processes for the National Benefits Team.
Develops and maintains knowledge and understanding of Insperity’s benefit offerings to clients and worksite employees.
Assists with internal and external meeting coordination, logistics, and scheduling for national benefits team.
Provides project support as necessary throughout the year.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Associate’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
Two years of related work experience is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and learning agility.
Ability to work effectively across multiple departments
Ability to serve customers in a team environment.
Ability to interact with multiple internal and external business units.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to maintain effective work relations with those encountered in the course of employment.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and activities in an efficient and timely manner.
Demonstrated ability to consistently follow-up on client and internal requests and needs.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook (intermediate required, advanced preferred) and demonstrated ability to learn other application programs as needed.
