Description
What You’ll Do:
Focusing on Supply Network Planning and Inventory Optimization.
Collaborate with business teams and business process owners and experts, around Supply Execution, Deployment and Inventory, analyzing new initiatives and shaping together the business requirements, ensuring stability of the processes and alignment with best practices.
Analyzing business/technical needs and translating process into practice through the current IT Tool Sets by investigating the best fitting solution and providing design solutions and functional specifications in the areas of Supply Network Planning, Deployment and Inventory Optimization.
Identifying opportunities to enhance existing operations using new IT Technologies and AI as a replacement for Legacy Systems manual effort.
Implementing new business/technical strategies through configuration interaction and creation of programing specifications.
Providing knowledge transfer on current technologies to stakeholders and junior level staff.
Conducting full integration testing of new or changed business/technical processes (developing business). Preparing Technical Cycle Tests for use by stakeholder community. Documenting all process changes and writing operational instructions work requirements.
Providing adequate analysis and supporting documentation to enable management to develop effective work plans and project schedules (track to project plans and monitor results). Adjusting priorities to accomplish objectives on time and under budget.
What We’re Looking For:
Academic bachelor’s degree in related discipline or in lieu of degree 11 years of Information Technology experience.
6-8 years of experience in SAP APO (CIF interface, SNP, Inventory Optimization) and in SAP-ERP (MM)
Strong understanding of, and experience in end-to-end supply chain planning, focusing on Supply Network Planning, Deployment and Inventory Optimization and the rules surrounding those processes.
Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
System Integration: Experience with integrating SAP systems with other enterprise applications and third-party tools.
Good communication, time management and presentation skills
Strong team Player
Willing to travel as needed.
What Will Set You Apart:
Basic ABAP programming knowledge.
Basic BW knowledge.
Experience in S4HANA and SAP IBP and in any non-SAP supply chain planning tools.
Experience in Demand Sensing and Multi echelon inventory optimization.
Experience in advanced analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud
Experience working with linear programming / mixed integer programming or operations research algorithms.
